First Lady Letitia N. Williams was born in Detroit, Michigan. Delaware became home base in the late 70's and she attended public schools and pursued a bachelor's degree at Delaware State College, graduating in 1991. She secured a career in healthcare for over 15 years working for CIGNA Healthcare and Keystone/AmeriHealth Caritas. In 2012, she left healthcare and partnered with her husband in Christian education.
She is the wife of Dr. Raymond D. Williams, Sr., Senior Pastor of Faith Harvest Worship Center, and founder of HCA, HCYDC, and HCDC. We have been married for 13 years with a beautiful, blended family of eight children and grandchildren that we adore.
During our marriage, First Williams has been actively involved with various ministries; my primary ministry is walking alongside my husband as he fulfills the purpose, vision, and mission of Harvest. She received her master's degree from Chesapeake Seminary in Christian Education. Her obedience to God, love for children, leadership, and professional and educational background have equipped her to hold the positions of Vice Chancellor of HCA and Director of HCYDC. Lady Williams allows God's word to have full and final authority in her life. She lives each day devoted to being an example to the young and old. Her goal is to be relevant and transparent so that she may teach others how to accomplish their God-given purpose. Lady Williams is the same whether she's at home or church. She loves to laugh, have fun, and love life!
